Marc Paulson Leads Association for Third Party Benefit Administrators as Chairman
(Eau Claire, WI) – The Society of Professional Benefit Administrators (SPBA) represents Third Party Administration (TPA) firms, Stop Loss, and Service Partners from across the United States. SPBA is pleased to announce that Marc Paulson will serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for a one-year term. Paulson currently serves as President of Benefit Plan Administrators of Eau Claire, LLC. He has been an active SPBA member for the past 30+ years.
Paulson brings a unique set of knowledge, insight, and hands-on experience to the Chairman leadership role. “SPBA has been a guiding force for me and many others,” Paulson shared. “Bringing pertinent information and education to our industry from Y2K to ACA and everything in between. Fast forward thirty years, and I now am honored to assume the Chair position of our association.”

Since 1975, SPBA has been the premier resource for TPAs, Stop Loss and Service Partners to become more informed as to key regulatory and legislative topics that impact their businesses. They also provide a critical forum where members can engage in dialogue with key opinion leaders and have become an important sounding board to those who write and enact employee benefit policies. The administrative team works daily to share with its members breaking news, analysis, and critical information needed to guide their clients, brokers, and other partners.
SPBA’s Board is made up of nine Directors and one emerging professional representative.
