SPBA has developed a chart to assist in understanding the varying implementation dates of the No Surprises Act and Transparency Provisions. These are challenging times and we hope this 9-page chart helps you in your tactical planning.
On May 18, 2021, SPBA submitted a comment letter to the agencies on the implementing regulations for the No Surprises Act. The letter follows a listening session SPBA participated in along with other stakeholders and groups.
